Mexican Vertical Garden Firm, Biozotea have recently installed a vertical garden involving 3,000 plants.

In this project the support structure was built using aluminum, which was very practical solution for its lightness and speed. The photo below shows the plastic modules with the plants growing in a nursery.

Vertical GardenAn ingenious part of the installation is that 80% of water used for irrigation comes from the effect of condensation of A / C, which stores and drip irrigation is used in the wall. Below is a photo of the transportation to site.

Does quite look like a vertical garden on the first day.

After 10 weeks the wall looks amazing

Are Lushe able to do something similar to this – structure and size?

Hi All, this wall was actually built on a casino! We originally planned that about 80% of the water would come from the A/C but as it turns out in the humid weather we had from Aug to Oct we were getting over 1,000l / day from the A/C condensation! With this we were able to water all the other plants around the car park and wash around 50 cars / day. Now in Dec we are getting a fair bit less but still plenty to keep the plants happy. We are also using the rosemary in the kitchen where we make around 600 meals / day and the flowers from the wall make great and abundant decoration for the food service area. Thank you Biozotea Monterrey.

That is so cool about being able to use the condensation. Genius.
