Bamboo Vertical Garden

January 28th, 2010 | Posted by Lushe in Lushe

Six students from Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology create a vertical garden using bamboo as featured on Upsidedown Tree. It is very similar to one of the “3 very cheap vertical gardens” I posted here, except it is in the vertical plane and is fully cut out.

The vertical garden uses mainly organic materials with the main structure made out of bamboo.Windows have been made on every segment of the bamboo and plants have been planted in each segment. A water pipe supplies water to each segment from a bamboo reservoir at the top.
